Jean-Marc Durbuis Chief Executive Officer – GKN Powder Metallurgy

Appointment

Appointed to the Executive Team, GKN Powder Metallurgy in March 2024.

Experience

Jean-Marc joined GKN as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), GKN Powder Metallurgy, in March 2024.

Jean-Marc joins GKN Powder Metallurgy from Allnex, the global leading supplier of resins and additives to the coating and inks industry. He was the Executive Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa after having led one of Allnex’s global divisions and was a member of the Allnex Executive Committee. Over his career, he has been responsible for various global businesses, and was member of the Board of directors of Allnex as well as of several Joint Ventures in Asia.

He holds an MBA Degree in Business Engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and a CEMS Master's in International Management.

Diane Wimmer Chief HR & Sustainability Officer - GKN Powder Metallurgy

Appointment

Appointed to the Executive Team, GKN Powder Metallurgy, in March 2022.

Experience

Joined GKN in 2021 as Vice President Global Human Resources, GKN Powder Metallurgy, and was appointed to CHRO in 2022. In 2023 she assumed additional responsibility for Sustainability (ESG) & Global Health/Safety. She holds extensive Global HR and Leadership Experience from various senior HR roles in different industries, most recently, engineering businesses. Diane Wimmer holds a degree in Human Resources from HBRS University, Germany.

Gary Harte Chief Financial Officer - GKN Powder Metallurgy

Appointment

Appointed to the Executive Team, GKN Powder Metallurgy, in July 2022.

Experience

Joined GKN in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), coming from Atlas Copco AB, Sweden. Extensive experience in financial leadership with a strong operational and commercial focus. Gary is a chartered management accountant and holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Dublin.

Matthias Voss President - GKN Powders

Appointment

Appointed to the Executive Team, GKN Powder Metallurgy in November 2020.

Experience

Matthias joined GKN in 1997 as Sales Engineer. In 2007, he was appointed Plant Manager, prior to assuming responsibility for several German sites as Vice President Operations in the years 2014 to 2018. In December 2018 he was appointed Senior Vice President GKN Hoeganaes. Matthias holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg, Germany.

John Dulchinos President - GKN Additive

Appointment

Appointed to the Executive Team, GKN Powder Metallurgy, in March 2022.

Experience

Joined GKN in 2022 as President GKN Additive. Extensive experience in leading additive manufacturing businesses and digital manufacturing transformation processes. John holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Robotics) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY.

Wolfram Messner President - GKN Sinter Metals

Appointment

Appointed to the Executive Team, GKN Powder Metallurgy in September 2016.

Experience

Joined GKN in 1997 and has most recently been in the position of Vice President Finance & IT, GKN Driveline Europe. He has extensive experience throughout GKN Sinter Metals & GKN Driveline. After 4 very successful years as Plant Manager Sinter Metals Bruneck, he moved in 2013 to China as Vice President Sinter Metals China to accelerate the growing business in China. He holds a degree in Business Administration & a Master's Degree in Economics from the University Innsbruck, Austria.
