Ancorsteel™ Soft Magnetic Materials are ferrous-based alloys designed for superior electromagnetic performance in soft magnetic applications. The most common materials include:

• Ancorsteel™ 1000C – A pure iron powder meeting MPIF Standard FF-0000, ideal for applications requiring high magnetic responsiveness.
• Ancorsteel™ 45P – A 0.45% phosphorus alloy with higher resistivity, permeability, and induction, while offering reduced coercive force, conforming to MPIF Standard FY-4500.
