This unique material’s particles have an electrically isolating coating that remains active even after pressing and curing. With its 3D and isotropic properties, we’re able to unleash full 3D motor design freedom.

CASE STUDY FEATURE: NOVUS
NOVUS, a dynamic startup company developing the first premium lightweight e-motorbike, was looking for a high-performing, efficient, and sustainable electric motor to power their revolutionary e-motorbike.
We worked closely with Novus throughout the design and development process to create a customized electric motor, tailored to their needs. With the unique3D magnetic flux design of our novel transverse flux (TFM) e-motor topology, we were able to specially develop a direct drive wheel hub e-motor with unequalled torque density and efficiency.
Novus is able to achieve best-in-class power to weight benchmark. The design of their first model, Novus One, is extremely innovative in which they received Gold in the 2021 German Innovation Award for the e-mobility category.
